Our Vision, Purpose, & Core Values

 

At the end of 2009, the school leadership team revisited the school vision, purpose and core values with inputs drawn from teachers, students, Parents Support Group and School Advisory Committee. The outcome was a compelling need to re-envision and to establish a school vision statement (that had been for the last 10 years) that is both inspiring and able to capture more accurately the essence of the school’s 3 strategic directions:

- Achieving Academic Excellence

- Growing the Champion Mindset

- Positioning as School for the Community

 

Moving forward, the school leaders and staff are committed to realizing this vision, that is,

Junyuan - A Champion School for the Community

 

Students having experienced the quality of education in Junyuan should embody a champion mindset together with the following set of student outcomes:
